Registration & Refunds

All vehicle registration fees and vendor booth fees are non-refundable once payment has been submitted, regardless of weather, attendance, or personal scheduling changes. Registrations are non-transferable to other vehicles, vendors, or future events without prior written approval from Royalty CC.

Conduct & Property

Participants and spectators agree to follow event rules, instructions from Royalty CC staff and volunteers, and all applicable Lakewood municipal and Colorado state laws while on the event grounds.

Royalty CC, its members, volunteers, sponsors, and Heritage Park are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or injury to persons, vehicles, or personal property at the event. Participants are encouraged to carry their own insurance and to lock and secure their vehicles and belongings.

Photography & Media

By attending, you grant Royalty CC and the event's official media partners permission to photograph and record your likeness, vehicle, and booth on event grounds, and to use those images for promotional and editorial purposes including social media, the event website, and future marketing.

Cancellation & Weather

The event will run rain or shine. In the unlikely event of cancellation due to severe weather or circumstances outside of Royalty CC's reasonable control, we will communicate updates through the event Instagram account and registered participants' email addresses. Cancellation due to such circumstances does not entitle participants to a refund.

What We Collect

When you register a vehicle or apply as a vendor, we collect the information you submit directly to us — name, phone number, email address, vehicle details, business details, and any optional information you choose to share. We do not collect or store payment information; payments are handled entirely through Venmo and PayPal under their own terms.

How We Use It

We use the information you provide solely to coordinate your participation in Bombs On The Rockies — confirming registration, communicating event details, matching payments, and reaching you with day-of updates. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information with third parties.

Cookies

This website does not use third-party tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies. The Google Maps embed on the location section may set its own cookies governed by Google's policies; closing the map or visiting the site without scrolling past it avoids them. Otherwise, only essential functional cookies necessary to operate the site are used.

Your Choices

You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, request corrections, or request deletion at any time by emailing bombsontherockies@gmail.com. Requests are typically handled within fourteen days.
